How thick are TrioPanels and what spacing do they use?
Our acoustic slats come in Standard 0.39" (10mm) and Premium 0.63" (16mm) thicknesses. Premium gives deeper shadows and stronger acoustic absorption. SPC panels are 0.16" (4mm) flat finish; bamboo panels are 0.47" (12mm). Slat spacing is consistent across all 6 colors.
Are TrioPanels fire-rated?
Acoustic Slat panels with MDF backing carry a Class B / Euro Class E fire rating. SPC panels (mineral core) are Class A. Bamboo panels are Class C standard. Full spec sheets available on request; for code-restricted installs call +1 (202) 970-3444.
How fast is shipping and where do you ship from?
All TrioPanels orders ship from our Hackensack, NJ warehouse (92 Kansas St). Local pickup is ready in 24 hours. U.S. shipping takes 48–72 hours for parcel orders and 3–7 business days for oversize freight. International shipping is not available at this time.
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days to return unused panels for a full refund. Cut, drilled, or damaged panels cannot be returned. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the return. Local pickup customers can return directly to the showroom.
How do I install acoustic slat panels?
Each acoustic slat panel installs by screwing through the felt backing into drywall studs or by using heavy-duty construction adhesive for a cleaner finish. A 4ft × 9ft panel goes up in roughly an hour with two people. No specialty tools required. Matching trims and corner pieces sold separately.
