Refund policy

We want you to love your wall panels. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

30-day returns
You may return unused panels within 30 days of delivery.

• Panels must be unused, uncut, undrilled, uninstalled, in their original, undamaged packaging.
• A 20% restocking fee applies to change-of-mind returns (covers inspection and repackaging of oversize panels).
• Return shipping is arranged and paid by the customer for change-of-mind returns.

Not eligible (final sale)

• Panels that have been cut, drilled, trimmed, painted, or installed.
• Items returned without original packaging, or damaged after delivery.
• Samples, clearance, and custom / cut-to-order items.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item — we cover it
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email info@triopanels.com with photos within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — at no cost to you.

How to start a return
Email info@triopanels.com with your order number. We'll review and send you a return authorization and the return shipping address. Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.

Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned panels.

Panel finish
Our acoustic slat panels feature a designer wood-look finish — an engineered
wood core with a durable, color-consistent wood-effect surface. They are not
solid wood or wood veneer, and this is clearly stated on every product page
before purchase. For this reason, we cannot accept returns on the basis that
the panels are not solid or natural wood. This does not affect your right to
return defective, damaged, or incorrect items within 30 days.

We accept exchanges — email us and we'll help you swap colors or sizes.
