By accessing or purchasing from triopanels.com ("TrioPanels", "we", "us"), you agree
to these terms.

- **Products & pricing.** We sell acoustic slat, SPC, and bamboo wall panels and
  related items. We strive for accuracy in product descriptions, finishes, dimensions,
  and pricing, but do not warrant that all content is error-free. Finishes may vary
  slightly from on-screen images due to monitor and lighting differences. We may
  correct errors and update prices at any time.
- **Orders.** We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including suspected
  fraudulent or out-of-delivery-area orders. A full refund is issued for any order we
  cancel.
- **Delivery & pickup.** Local delivery and showroom pickup are governed by our
  Shipping & Delivery Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery or pickup.
- **Returns.** Returns are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.
- **Installation.** Panels are sold as materials only. Installation is the customer's
  responsibility; measure carefully before cutting, as cut/installed panels are
  non-returnable. We are not liable for installation errors or for damage resulting
  from improper installation or use.
- **Limitation of liability.** To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrioPanels'
  liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the product. We are not
  liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- **Governing law.** These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
